1. The National Intelligence Service's reform task force confirmed the existence of a cultural blacklist during the former Lee Myung-bak administration that banned cultural and entertainment figures who were critical of the government from appearing in public.

2. The United Nations Security Council unanimously adopted on September 11, local time, new sanctions against North Korea, including the reduction of about 30% of oil and related products provided to the regime as well as a complete ban on the North's exports of textile products.

유엔 안전 보장 이사회는 9월 11일에 북한에 대한 새로운 제재 조치와 북한에 대한 금수 조치의 완전 금지를 포함한 북한에 대한 새로운 제재 조치를 포함한, 북한에 대한 새로운 제재 조치를 만장 일치로 채택했다. 

北 제네바 대사 "유엔 안보리 결의 불법, 강력 규탄"

북한은 12일(현지시간) 스위스 제네바 유엔 사무국에서 열린 군축회의에서 유엔 안전보장이사회가 전날 대북제재 결의를 만장일치로 채택한 것을 불법이라고 주장했다. 

한국과 미국, 일본 등 군축회의 참가국들은 안보리의 대북제재 결의를 환영한다는 입장을 밝히고 북한이 대화에 나설 것을 거듭 촉구했다. 앞서 유엔 안전보장이사회는 11일 뉴욕 유엔본부에서 북한 유류공급을 30%가량 차단하고 북한산 섬유제품 수입을 금지하는 내용 등을 담은 대북제재 결의 2375호를 만장일치로 채택했다.

3. A high school teenager without a driver's license has killed a man while driving her parents’ car without permission in Gangneung, Gangwon-do Province.

운전 면허증 없이 운전 면허증을 소지한 한 고등 학생이 강원도 강릉에서 허락 없이 부모님 차를 운전하다가 사망했다.

 

4. The government announced that a revision to the Toll Road Act was passed during a Cabinet meeting on Tuesday, which calls for various exemptions including toll fees and parking fees in public parking lots for three days during the Chuseok holiday.

정부는 화요일에 열리는 국무 회의에서 통행료 법 개정안을 통과시켰으며, 이는 추석 연휴 기간 동안 공공 요금과 주차비를 포함한 공공 요금을 포함한 다양한 면제를 포함하고 있다고 발표했다.
